About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of mechanics and technicians in daily operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on trucks and trailers to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Manage scheduling and workflow to optimize shop productivity and efficiency.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and provide hands-on support for complex repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and parts inventory.
- Implement best practices for safety and maintenance procedures.
- Collaborate with management to develop training programs for staff development.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment that promotes safety and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in truck and trailer maintenance, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) preferred.
- ASE certification in relevant areas is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
